Anyone here remember the ART CAR event back in the late 90's that happened here?
Would be fun to have that happen again................

they have a full time staff and it runs all year long.
Very big thing for houston i would imagine
there are not many city's that embrace it.

anything like this that will help Jax stand out would be great. I never got to see the Art Car Parade but heard about it. Do you have any photos of it going down?

i will try to scan some of them
it was in the olden days like 1999
so they are not digital
